Build web applications end to end at Kenpath: React front ends, Node.js APIs and databases, and the AI features on top of them.
You will work across government, social-sector and SaaS products where cost, latency and security matter from day one.

Location & work mode
This role is based in Bangalore, India, and works from our office. We care about focused time and short feedback loops, which is easier in a room together while the team is this size.
What We're Looking For
Freshers are encouraged to apply. Academic projects, personal projects, internships, and hackathon experience are all valued.
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Familiarity with React or another front-end framework through projects or coursework.
- Basic understanding of backend development and Node.js.
- Familiarity with at least one database, such as PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
- Understanding of programming fundamentals, data structures, and object-oriented programming.
- Basic knowledge of REST APIs and how web applications communicate with backend services.
- Familiarity with Git and GitHub/GitLab.
- Good problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively.
Good to Have
You don't need to know all these technologies to apply. Exposure to any of the following will be an advantage:
An interest in Artificial Intelligence and a willingness to experiment with new technologies are more important than prior AI experience.
- TypeScript, Next.js, or Express.js.
- SQL and database design.
- Generative AI tools and APIs, such as OpenAI, Claude, or Gemini.
- Prompt engineering and AI-powered application development.
- Basic knowledge of Linux, Docker, or AWS.
- Experience deploying a web application or contributing to an open-source project.
What You'll Do
- Develop and enhance web application features with guidance from experienced developers.
- Build responsive user interfaces using React and related technologies.
- Learn to develop backend services and REST APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
- Work with databases to store, retrieve, and manage application data.
- Integrate third-party APIs and services into applications.
- Explore Generative AI and contribute to AI-powered features.
- Debug issues, write clean code, and follow development best practices.
- Use Git for version control and participate in code reviews.
- Collaborate with team members to understand requirements and deliver working features.
- Learn about software testing, deployment, and cloud environments.
Qualifications
- BCA, MCA, BE, BTech, or a Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates and candidates with up to one year of experience are welcome.
- Basic programming knowledge and an interest in web development.
- Willingness to learn new technologies, accept feedback, and take initiative.
- Ability to work onsite in Bangalore.
