Kenpath Team Visits Nashik with PoCRA and the World Bank to Learn from Field Extension Officers

A day after signing the MoU with the Department of Agriculture, Government of Maharashtra, Kenpath's Aditya Chhabra, Amit Chakravarty and Pranav travelled to Nashik with the PoCRA and World Bank teams for a field visit.

The purpose was simple: to see for ourselves how field extension officers work day to day, and to understand what process intelligence we can bring in to support them. The team spent the visit talking with extension officers and Department colleagues, and seeing the work as it happens on the ground.

It was a great experience. Hearing directly from the people who do this work, in the places they do it, gave the team insight that no document or dashboard can. It will shape how Kenpath builds with the Department, starting with the officers who serve farmers every day.
